Travel Log: Berlin

Berlin:
First day in Berlin, did the Sandemans Tour where the tour guide brings everyone around the city. Fell in love with the city. The weather was cooling too, appropriate for long walks. The best part of my trip in Berlin was to watch the Eurocup match with the rest of the people in Berlin. Big screens, yelling, germany soccer jersey, that night was amazing. Best experience ever! Besides that, I made a few friends that even made this trip more fruitful than ever (:

Things to do in Berlin:
- Get lost in the Museum Island

- Visit the Berlin Wall

- Go to the concentration camp, I did a tour with Sandemans Tour. It was mind blowing as I get to know all the facts about the camp itself.

Food is always awesome in Munich. Love the sausage buns (:

Travel Log: Paris

Paris was awesome, especially when I travelled with my favourite people (: They made my stay in Paris double awesome. We took loads of photos as memories to keep close to heart because we will not be able to see one another until God knows when. I love them for making me smile and laugh all the time. <3

The 5 days were well spent, as we visited alot of the must-see places.
- Eiffel Tower
- Musee d'Orsay
- Musee du Louvre
- Sacre Coeur
- Arc de Triomphe
- Bohemian Paris
- Notre Dame de Paris
- Versailles Palace

Paris is a must go. There are so many things to do and eat. 5 days were not sufficient at all. I wish I could stay longer. Though it is a little pricey, the experience is mind blowing. I have loads of photos that, I will try to upload the rest soon (:

Your time is limited, don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma, which is living the result of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of other’s opinion drowned your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition, they somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.

Travel Log: London

I must say London is amazing. Fall in love with this capital city instantly. Everything is like what the television has portrayed. From Big Ben to the metro station signage, they are unique and have a british feeling to it, because it is UK that I talking about (:

Oxford Circus is a shopping heaven for me. I could find all the brands that I have been seeing online since my teenage years, in real life forms in a sense where I can try them, touch them and etc. And shopping in Primark was the bomb. Everything was cheap and good. I spent a good 2 hours choosing and trying stuff. Shopping is a sport indeed, it makes you tired. Besides shopping, I did some sight seeing with Sandeman Tour and watched "Wicked". It was breathtaking, and I was sitting upright throughout the show even though this was the second time that I was watching it. The first time was in Singapore. Oh and not forgetting, I tried the cupcake from Hummingbird Bakery. It was delicious.

As usual pictures speak a thousand words :D

Travel Log: Venice and Florence

Venice and Florence, both are beautiful cities in Italy. Words cannot describe the beauty of these cities. Both cities' beauty are rather different. The time spent there was worthwhile. Besides that, I traveled during my spring break, the weather was perfect. It was not too hot, unlike the weather I experience daily in Singapore, which is hot and humid.

Besides Venice and Florence, I went to check out the leaning tower in Pisa which is a city in Tuscany, Central Italy. From what I have read, the tower was not build to be tilted based on history. The foundation was not able to support the tower, as the soil was unstable. After 3 stories were constructed, the tower began to lean as the ground began to sink. It was interesting to know all these information after I visited the leaning tower.

I shall let the pictures do the talking (:
